Hi all todays my 1st day back on SW & so far so good. I look forward to many many more days here on Minimins. Its been a while since I followed the plan & I see some changes so just getting my head round it all again but this is where as always u guys help so much.

I see that you are a long time member - so what have you been up to!!?...

You don't tell us much about yourself - are you secret service by any chance..lol!

Do hope you manage to get to grips with the programme that you have decide to follow, it's a long grind sometimes but well worth it, as you most probably can testify to.

Been busy eating !! Yeah ur right I do work for secret service jeez guess it's not so secret now ? I refuse to beat myself up over my lack of willpower to stick to the plan but embrace each day I stick to it 100% & give myself a pat on the back (better than a bar of choc).
