Been to see my GP

Thanks - I am trying to eat so that I have enough calories but I seem to be loads under all the time!
I'm not eating tiny portions and I'm not hungry.
I need to just increase maybe the amount of veg and potatoes or something

I wanted to ask - I've had lamb and I was a bit wary after seeing a post on here - is it ok if you take all the visible fat off it is it still really fatty? I didn't take orlistat just incase :/

I was ok with lamb as long as I cut the fat off :) and grilled/ dry fried it
 
Lamb scares me so I tend to stay away, same as duck. I have pork though. Everyones different! :)
