I know I should of asked but this week I lost another 4Lbs so that's a total 32lbs in six weeks. My CDC said I had to do Ss+ now I'm a bit confused as I still have 31lbs to go. Is this normal?

how much do you weigh hun and whats your bmi?

Well, when your BMI reaches 25.0 you'll have to move up to 810 (or at least, you should according to the 'rules'). If you don't move up to 810 then you're at risk of losing lean muscle mass rather than fat. So maybe your CWPC is thinking of easing you in to food gently. :)
