Beetroot houmous recipe??

2 x 400g tins chickpeas, drained & rinsed
Juice of 1 lemon
3 garlic cloves, crushed
255g fat-free cottage cheese with onion & chives
2 large handfuls fresh dill, chopped
198g cooked, peeled beetroot

Whizz the chickpeas until roughly mashed but not smooth
Add the lemon, garlic, cottage cheese, dill and beetroot and blend until smooth
Season to taste

I made it but didn't like it very much (not that tasty and very watery) but I know a couple of others tried it and did like it.
