Do you mean like an evening meal to line your tummy? I tend to go for tuna pasta as it is pretty filling. I use about 4pp worth of pasta, 1 pp tuna, 1 pp for sweetcorn, spring onions, peppers and extra light Mayo another 1pp - all for 7pp or roasted veg in ww pitta breads is good. 2 for 6pp. X
