Before and After Piccies

OK then, my before and after piccies are now in my profile gallery.

Bearing in mind i have lost only 2st due to my injury and having to just maintain for a few weeks due to LL rules I was pleasantly surprised by the difference in me nonetheless.

Its not dramatic I know but it shows that it works.

It makes the effort all worthwhile.

Gee thanks guys.

I feel so much better for it as well. Not as tired, periods better (soz Mikey!!!) ( i was scheduled for a hysterectomy last December cos i was having such a miserable time but gynae gave me other options which combined with the weightloss have helped substantially) and generally don't look or feel like i have been inflated by a bicycle pump!!!

Onwards and downwards...slowly for me but still going.
