Thursday

Had a few choccie fingers today :-(

Breakfast - FF yohurt, strawberries, blackberries, sliced apple, tsp honey(1syn) and bran flakes(hexb)

Lunch - Jacket potato, baked beans and lettuce

Dinner - Quorn Lasagne
(quorn mince, tomatoes, lasagne sheets, peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinich and sweetcorn) 50g low fat cheese spread(2.5syns)

Snacks -
2 babybell(hexA),
2 clemantines,
apple,
2 ryvita(hexB)
Egg mayo (2 eggs, 1 tbsp light mayo (0.5 syns), paprika and spring onion)
6 choccie fingers(9syns)

Syns - 13

Exercise - 1 hour Cardio Blast

Yeah I have a Diary, only started it 2 days ago though, love going swimming, got Zumba tomorrow so looking forward to that, lets hope we have the same next week :)

I only started about 10 days ago. I love swimming but haven't been for years. I want to try zumba too, it is good?

Lunch - pasta in sauce(cheese and broccali) 0.5 syns
Carrots, cauli an broccali.

Dinner - none

Snacks - tangerine, carrot sticks, 2 mini babybell (hexA)

Exercise - 0

Saturday 9th April.

I went a little off the rails today.

Breakfast - None

Lunch - Subway veggie delight wrap.
Cheese(2hexA), lettuce, onion, jalapinos, and sweet onion sauce(1syn). Wrap(8syns).

Dinner - Cheese and Broccali pasta sauce(0.5 syn)

Snacks - Melon, 4 vodka diet cokes(10syns), 2 cans of strongbow(10 syns)

Syns - 29

Exercise - Shopping

Very bad day :-(

Well, I was hungover baaaad from Saturday night. DSidn't hardly eat anything today. I just wasnt hungry.

Breakfast - None

Lunch - Tangerine

Dinner - Mugshot (2syns)

Syns - 6 Vodka and diet cokes(15syns)

Tuesday 12th April

I know that I am not eating enough

Breakfast - 2 slices of WW bread (hexb) and 1 tsp honey(1syn)

Lunch - Cheese and Broccali pasta sauce (0.5syns)

Dinner - Quorn Sausages x2, scrambled egg, mushrooms, spring onion and Spaghetti hoops

Snacks - Vitality(4syns), 3 apples, hi fi bar(hexb)

Syns - 5.5

Exercise - Walking to group 1.2 miles

Wednesday 14th April 2011

Went to Asda tonight and picked up a few essentials. Fry Light Finally purchased.

Breakfast - Apple and HI-FI bar(hexb)

Lunch - Quorn Lamb Fillet and Ainsley Harriett Mexican rice

Dinner - Tomato and Herb Mugshot

Snacks - Hi fi bar(6syns), 28g cheese(hexA), 2 tangerines, 1 light babybell(1/2 hexA), 2 slices quorn turkey.

Syns - 6.5

Exercise - 1 Hour Gym

Day off work yippieeee

Breakfast - Bran flakes(hexB), Skimmed Milk(part hexA)

Lunch - Thai mugshot and a bowl of sweetcorn and peas.

Dinner - Pasta Arriabata
Pasta, Passata, mushrooms, garlic, herbs and onion

Snacks - Tangerine x 3, Light babybell x3(hexA), vitality bar(4syns)

Syns - 4

Exercise - Walk to Gym and 1 hour Cardio Blast

Lunch - jacket spud, beans, scrambled egg, lettuce and cucumber

Dinner - Tomato and Herb Mugshot

Snacks - Tangerine

Syns - Vodka and diet coke(20syns)

Exercise - 1 hour Gym (15 cross trainer, 15 treadmill, 10 bike, upper body weights, core work) Walk to and from gym 1 mile. Housework 1 hour.

I wanted to say, keep up the good work. You do really well on the exercise front........think I might have to try and do some more.

Awhh thankyou, i thought I was just typing to myself lol. Yeah set one up, its not only good for other dieters to read, it keeps me on track.

With the exercise, I bought a gym membership. But every little helps, a 15 min walk, housework etc. I find cleaning the windows great for my arms, walking up and down the stairs for my legs, it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg.

I looove quorn lasagne, the SW quiche is beautiful aswell and easy to make.

Went round York through day and night. Bad day for dieting.

Breakfast - Tomato and Herb Mugshot

Lunch - couple of chips and 1 slice garlic bread in yates (??? 6syns)

Dinner - Veggie subway (10syns??)

Snacks - Vodka and diet coke x ?? (a million syns)

Exercise - Dancing

Dinner - Egg fried rice
rice, 2 eggs, peas, onion, mushrooms, garlic and 1tbsp sweet chillie sauce(1.5syns)

Snacks - apple, snack a jacks(4syns), 3dairylea light triangles(hexA)

Exercise - 1 hour boxercise, 1 hour weights and ab work

Weigh in day

Lunch - Letuce, onion, cucumber, 2 boiled eggs, Cheese(hexA), 1 tbsp french dressing(1.5syns) and 2 ryvitas(hexB)

Dinner - Thai Mugshot

Snacks - Snack a jacks(4syns), 2 tangerines, 1 apple, vitality bar(4syns) and a small dairy milk(6syns)

Syns - 16.5

Exercise - walked 1.5 miles back from group... In the dark because my bus didnt turn up ahh

Well gotta say after the complete and utter blow out weekend........somehow I have managed to lose 3lbs. Im sure the more I eat the more I lose lol. Well i aint complaining thats for sure ha
