Beginner to Slimming World

Wednesday 20th April

I won a easter egg selection at group last night that consisted of a small buttons easter egg, smarties easter egg(i gave to my sister) a flake, dairy milk, buttons , crunchie(to sister) and creme egg(to sister). I never have chocolate in because 1 bar is never enough, so this is not going to have a happy ending.

Breakfast - FF Yogurt with 1tsp honey(1syn) and a nutrigrain bar(6syns)

Lunch - Jacket potato with beans, 2 dairylea lights(part hexA), lettuce, onion. Also 2 ryvita(hexB) with 2 dairylea light(rest hexA)

Dinner - SW chips with skins left on(yummi), 2 quorn sausages, mushy peas(1tsp sugar added 1syn) and corn on the cob.

Snacks - Apple, 1 bag mini buttons(4syns), 1/4 small easter egg(6syns)

Syns - 16

Exercise - 1 hour gym(15 treadmill, 15 crosstrainer, 5 rowing) weights and ab work. Plus walked to and from gym.

Weekly - 32.5/105

Thursday 21st April

Well Easter break starts now wooooooop.

Breakfast - 1 Ryvita(1/2 hexB) and a vitality bar(4 syns)

Lunch - Sweetcorn and quorn chicken pieces. Fruit melody and dit coke

Dinner - SW Chips, 2 quorn sausages and mushy peas.

Snacks - Chocolate(10syns at least), vodka x7(17.5syns)

Syns - 31.5

Exercise - 0

Weekly - 64/105 remaining 51

I am going out again today, I will be expecting a gain at SW weigh in.

Breakfast - none

Lunch - Scrambled egg, with sweetcorn, peppers, onion and musroom and baked beans with cheese(hexA)

Dinner - BBQ( quorn burgers no bread)

Snacks -

Syns -

Exercise - 1 hour gym (20 mins crosstrainer, 15 mins treadmill) ab work and upper body and lower body weights

Breakfast- hifi bar(hexB) and apple

Lunch - egg mayo, lettuce, onion,cucymber, 2x babybell(hexA) and small brown roll (hexB)
Diet coke
Fruit salad

Dinner - Morrissons deli counter salad (lettuce, carrot, sweetcorn, pasta, cous cous, rice, coleslaw - had mayo in the pasta and coleslaw (8syns)
