Beginner to Slimming World

Hi

I am really expecting a gain this week i havent stuck to plan at all. Well, i have kind of but i have just eaten alot more crap and had a takeaway, whicj i dont usually do.

I am rally going to let myself down tonight at weigh in.

Tuesday 3rd May

Right Defo back on it today

Breakfast - Vitality bar (4syns), quorn chicken

Lunch - Omelotte - Onion, sweetcorn, mushroom, peppers and broccali with beans

Dinner - Indian Takeaway - Veggie Chaat, 1/2 naan and small portion of rice. (???syns)

Snacks - Flake(8syns), Hi-Fi Bar(HexB)

Syns - 24??

Exercise - GYM

I put 1.5lbs on, but I expected it with the bank hol weekend and the fac that I didn't stick to SW last week. Back on it today though.

Wednesday 4th May

Breakfast - scrambled egg with mushrooms and onion and beans

Lunch - fruit salad and hi-fi bar(hexB)

Dinner - mugshot creamy cheese(2syns)

Snacks - 12milkados(6syns), 2ryvita (hexB)and 4 dairylea light triangle(hexA) 3 bananas. WHOLE JAR OF PICKLED ONIONS omg

Syns - 8

Exercise - tidyed up and just off to gym

Breakfast - Banana

Lunch - Fruit salad, Alpen bar(half hexB)
Jacket potato with cheese(2hexA) and beans with salad and 4 sachets salad cream(4syns)

Dinner - None

Snacks - 4 Milkados(2syns)

Syns - 5 Vodka diet coke(12.5) = 18.5

Exercise - 2 mile walk and 1hour gym

Weekly - 60.5/105

Snacks - Ice pop

Exercise - walked 1 mile + to gym and 1 hour in gym

Lunch - Hovis square(5syns), lurpack(2syns)

Dinner - Quorn fillets, McCain chips(3syns) and mushy peas

Snacks - 4babybell(2hexA), tin green giant sweetcorn, pickled onions. 1 dairylea light(1.5syns)

Exercise - 1 hour boxecise and 1 hour gym. Walked to and from gym
