A friend has asked me to meet her for a coffee at a branch of Belgique this afternoon, I don't really want to tell her I'm following a diet but she'll think it odd if I don't have a cake - does anyone have any ideas about what I could have? This is my first week back on SW, had a good week so far and don't want to ruin it.
