Frozen yoghurts per 100ml on both plans:
Cherry Garcia = 8 syns
Chocolate fudge brownie = 9 syns
Straberry Cheesecake = 8.5 syns

Theres a new Phish Food yogurt one out that is 11 syns for 100g. Just bought a tub tonight I had the fudge brownie one this week and its no different to the real ice cream! Was amazed! And it's about 1/4 of the tub for 100 grams so quite good really!xx

Being a Phish Food addict, you can taste the difference between ice cream and yogurt. The yogurt version tastes more milky and a frozen chocolate mousse yogurt, whilst the ice cream doesnt (as its full fat)

This is the ice cream one and the OT is talking about Yogurt so my maths is wrong.

i'm going to asda and need a sugar rush and i have around 17 syns to play around with.
