B blondie24 Full Member 6 January 2011 #3 im not sure they do it in a fruit flavour the one i use is definately plain, its taste less colour less and odour less and its just mixed in with water, i know u can use other fibre supp's but wasnt sure if this was one of them, thanks hun

Becky1983 Full Member 11 January 2011 #4 Yeah fibresure is fine (the plain one). Alternatively Cambridge do their own fibre supplement (Cambridge Fibre) ask your consultant about it. x
