    That's amazing!!! Well done, I am trained todo lipotrim at my pharmacy and get so excited for the ladies on their weigh in! Now I can hopefully get excited for myself!!! :)

    No really had energy to hit the Gym or anything yet but have tried to keep as active as I can. Walking where possible and at work when on telephone I stand up! Sounds silly but you burn more cals standing then sitting! Iam working on basis every little thing makes big difference when ur not really having a large cal intake.
