I'm half way through wk one and can only dream of getting near your fab performance..

No really had energy to hit the Gym or anything yet but have tried to keep as active as I can. Walking where possible and at work when on telephone I stand up! Sounds silly but you burn more cals standing then sitting! Iam working on basis every little thing makes big difference when ur not really having a large cal intake.
