Today is officially the start of my solo slimming world diet after baby

Breakfast- 2 weet a bix with banana and full fat milk
Fat free yogurt

Lunch- fruit salad- mandarins apple plum melon

Dinner- mash potatoes, ham and cabbage with water

Snack- standard curly wurly 5.5 syns

Supper- fat free yogurt, melon and plum


Day two going well hopefully with the bank holiday weekend I can keep as motivated

Breakfast- 2 weetabix With banana and milk

Lunch- fruit salad- melon mandarins and plums with 0% fat yogurt

Dinner- chicken stir fry with peppers tomato onion and mushroom and noodles with light soya sauce
