Best place to buy food from

As im sure we are all aware the atkins WOE can be very pricey so im wondering if anyone has any tips on where to buy food from that wont break the bank?
Ive always bought continental meats from aldi or Lidil but anywhere else?

Check out the Low Carb Shopping sticky - it's everyone's ideas for the lowest carb items - and some of the best deals :)

I afford it by using Aldi, the prices really are surprising and the quality is fab. Glad you already use it, their ham is better than any other I've had. Philli in our local Co-op the other day was £1.99 aldi own was 49P for the same amount!

I actually spend less than i did before i started dieting. I buy less food and need less to feel full, but buy decent quality stuff. As far as getting things as cheap as possible goes, just keep an eye out for deals, or if you are able to get a card (or know someone who has one!) go to wholesale places like Bookers, Costco or Macro and buy in bulk and freeze.
