This weekend we (both me & hubby doing SW at home) are going to a 2 day food festival at Tatton Park (had tickets booked b4 started SW)
Want to enjoy it without feeling deprivied etc - apparently there's lot of samples of food & alcohol.
Should I just go and enjoy it and get back on the waggon Monday morning or try and behave.
Also what do I do for tea at home (normally do red or green days) - cause rest of the day isn't going to go to plan.
