Best plan of action

    Slimming World
    This weekend we (both me & hubby doing SW at home) are going to a 2 day food festival at Tatton Park (had tickets booked b4 started SW)
    Want to enjoy it without feeling deprivied etc - apparently there's lot of samples of food & alcohol.
    Should I just go and enjoy it and get back on the waggon Monday morning or try and behave.
    Also what do I do for tea at home (normally do red or green days) - cause rest of the day isn't going to go to plan.

    Diet:
    Slowly cutting out refined sugar and cooking more from scratch
    I have to say that this time around I am looking at this as less of a diet and more of a way of life, in which case there are going to be parties, weddings, get togethers over the months and I plan to enjoy them within reason, limit the damage by chosing sensibly, and then straight back to plan afterwards.

    If it were me I'd chose wisely, not totally over indulge but enjoy yourself and eat a healthy balanced meal in the evening too.
