Best way to get over a bad day!

I had a bad day yesterday.

I was at an exhibition for lunch and my colleague and I went to an Italian at lunchtime. I picked what I thought would be the lowest fat options on the menu - Minestrone soup and gammon and pineapple. This came with chips (I didn't know this at the time otherwise I'd have asked for salad!) But I ate them.

Then last night I went out with the girls and had about 10 vodka and diet cokes. And then at the end of the night a few bites of a chicken kebab. I did dance for the last 2 hours of the night.

I really don't want to do damage to my weight loss this week so I need some tips to limit the damage.

I was thinking no syns for the next 3 days and up the exercise this weekend.

What do you think?

yeah worth rying that as they syns are for a week so it should even it out. also what you had doesnt sound that bad gammon with chips is about 15 syns (some places obviously depending on portion) then vodka is a little higher in syns 3 per shot i think. so over 3 days it should be same value of syns. goodluck hun xxx
im having lunch out today with my sis as i hardly get to see her with me working full time now and her back to work after maternity. soooo stuff it for today been a pretty bad week anyways my 1st real blow out week since jan when i started. so back on waggon tomorrow properly as ive 6 weeks till my hols x

You could just draw a line under yesterday and go back on plan today. Limiting your syns may encourage you to overindulge as you may feel restricted. Why not try and up your intake of superfree and superspeed foods or do success express for the rest of the week.
The most important thing to remember is it was just 1 day, and you have to be able to let go now and then. Whatever you decide hope you have a good week x
