Best way to loose

I'm on week 3 (nearly 4) and my losses have been great, I'm not doing any strenuous excersise just walking and a yoga DVD (weight watchers move more) Its got loads of different workouts you can to ad the time ranges form 10 min workouts to 90 min depending on how much time you've got!! I was doing Davina Mccall's Power Of 3 workout, but after i did it, i was absoultely pooped! My CDC advised me to just to low inpact cardio like walking or swimming, situps, stretching. Don't do too much also because it will make you hungry. Hope this helps! xxxx

Does anyone have any hints as the best way to maximise the loss on CD. I am drinking plenty of water, and eating a range of CD products wthout any cheating, however I am not doing much exercise. any advice?
Continue as you are. That'll be the fastest way possible.

If you are concerned about losing lean mass, introduce some resistance exercises :)

Better weight losses? I would have thought the 1st a month loss guaranteed by CD was fab!! I also suggest you carry on as you are and continue with at least 3L water a day with gentle exercise like pilates, then just sit back and watch yourself shrink before your eyes! Good luck!

I would say the best way to lose is to keep focused, drink loads of water and if possible try not to cheat..I also try and do some walking to.. It depends what way you are doing it.. I am doing ss.. so I just stick to my shakes and bars..
