I'm on week 3 (nearly 4) and my losses have been great, I'm not doing any strenuous excersise just walking and a yoga DVD (weight watchers move more) Its got loads of different workouts you can to ad the time ranges form 10 min workouts to 90 min depending on how much time you've got!! I was doing Davina Mccall's Power Of 3 workout, but after i did it, i was absoultely pooped! My CDC advised me to just to low inpact cardio like walking or swimming, situps, stretching. Don't do too much also because it will make you hungry. Hope this helps! xxxx
