Anyone know what sort of syns would be in a roast dinner from somewhere like the above. Me & my 3 year old are off shopping in Oxford street London tommorow . Just wondered what the vest sort of meal would be to get . Has to be somewhere child friendly but not maccy d's

No idea I'm afraid but Wetherspoons has a good number of low syn options if you can find one, and they also have a children's menu.
