I thought it'd be a good idea to post my triumphs and failures here so you can all keep me going.

First day - total failure!!!

I started so well with poached egg on wholemeal bread and went shopping to stock up on healthy food. Got back and made a quorn sausage and bean casserole and a quorn bolognaise (to have on late shifts this weekend - typically our traditional kebab week!) but then my mum and dad called armed with ingredients for lunch.
I should add that mum was on her way back from slimming world having lost a pound do probably wanted to treat herself but she brought bacon with tiger bread baguette and scotch eggs!!!
I can resist anything but temptation so I ate it and now I not only feel guilty but part of me is thinking, bugger it, I might as well eat the chocolate tart in the fridge to get rid of it and start tomorrow.

Damn it. I woke up feeling so positive too ?
 
Well I resisted the tart and I'm now making a green day quiche for lunch tomorrow (to have after the gym all going well)
Can't believe I screwed up already. I'm determined to make it work this time x
