Biffs diet diary ...

Day 15 - well it's weigh day again and I have lost another 2.5lbs !!!!! Not a big lose in itself but it brings me to 1stone 1/2lb in 2 weeks which is fab !!! Trying to refocus my head as the last few days I have been veering of plan a bit so need to get back on it 100%. Can't believe I have been doing this for 2 wks already !!

Just had a wee blip on the vlcd front ... Has a small portion of homemade beef casserole and a slice of bread !!!:0. I know this is not allowed on this program but have been craving this for days and went to mums today and she had it made for everyone's dinner (I blame her lol). Didn't have potatoes or anything and off course this meal replaced my pack but still :(. On a plus side my fitness pal is still saying I'm under 60g carbs and still under 650 cals today so hopefully it won't upset my journey too much.

I'm sure just one slice of bread won't do too much damage, don't worry about it :)
 
Day 16 - omg today has been a nightmare and its only half ten !!! My daughter had had a toothache all night and so we are waiting to be seen at dentist and have just to wait as no appointment so been here 2 hrs and no sign of movement, ready to pull my hair out !!!! Worst bit is though her dentist is next door to a cage and all I can smell is frys and chips !!!!! Helpppppppp

Hi slim and happy... Welcome on to the site an well done for starting !!!! :). After the initial first few days it defo gets easier cos ur hunger goes and u can manage a lot better. My advice would be to keep as busy as possible when u start to crave food ... I've never been so girlie in my life lol. Every day I'm paintings nails, putting firming lotion on and generally taking a lot more care of my body than normal lol

Im currently in the process of redoing my bathroom so that should keep me nice and busy.
Ive started my diary on here so I will keep updating on my progress :)
 
Day 17 - I definitely think in still in ketosis as I'm not as hungry as I used to be but I still have a quite a big appetite :(. I am sticking to plan but feel really hungry in the mornings .. I don't usually have my first pack to about noon so I'm wondering if I should maybe eat earlier but in afraid I will be hungrier in the evening as then fall off plan !!!! Grrrrr it's hard to know the best thing to do - whatever I do I WILL keep going. !!!

Try having one earlier in the morning. Personally I have one when I get up, lunch, dinner and evening and I don't tend to get hungry.
 
Been really hungry all day today!!!! I know I'm still in ketosis cos the death breath is still here but omg I can't seem to fill myself !!!! Grrr. Early night for me then fingers crossed tomorrow is easier

Day 18 - the weather is absolutely horrendous outside, snow and gale force winds (the kinda day that usually makes me wanna curl up with heating on and munch my way through the fridge) !!!!! Not feeling especially hungry this morning but I think I'm gonna try and have my first pack a bit earlier than usual to see if I can get into a better routine as I don't usually eat til noon or so ... I will check back later to update how it goes

Well today u started my packs at 11am instead of noon and had 2nd pack at 2.30 instead of 3.30 but I'm still starving !!!! Swear I don't know what's going on, I suspect it's me trying to sabotage myself because I feel like the holiday period has started and I feel like I deserve treats and proper food !!!!! I now this is crap cos I need to stay on track until I get a lot closer to goal but its really hard :(

Well no surprise to hear that I fell off plan :( :( :(. I feel soooooo bad !!!! I can't seem to feel full today at all and so far today I have has a bar and a pack then a cheese omelette and just now 1 small buttered pancake and 2 custard creams :(. I'm pretty sure I will have knocked myself out of ketosis which do me is always a nightmare to get back into :(. Think I will slink off to bed before I just say **** it and raid the ice cream drawer

Well diary in back !!!! Fingers crossed I can manage the dreaded first few days until ketosis hits :(. I'm gearing myself up for the migraines but I know I have to do it cos u done wanna be the big fat girl at the pool with my daughter on holiday in 13 weeks :(

13 weeks you can certainly shift lots of weight in that time and look fab by the pool :)

I too have a holiday looming but september for me. But I want to be slim for summer so mid july is the deadline ha ha nothing like a good scare to make you stick to it.

Thx miss vlcd I hope we can both focus on the diet and get the beach body's we deserve after all this hard work :).

Day 3 again - feeling confident today but I'm still annoyed with myself for falling off plan so badly - keep thinking how much I would have lost by now if only I would have stuck to it !!!! Hindsight is a wonderful thing lol my 12 week target seems really far away and like many others I'm feeling very sorry for myself that I can't just have what I want to eat but I know I have to choose between food or health, confidence and a better looking body !!!! Seems like an easy choice but I still love to eat :(. Sorry for the rant but just frustrated a bit :(
