Big shop :(

About to brave the aisles and do my big shop! Aaaarrrggghhhh! I hate shopping, especially on a Sunday morning.

I've got my meals for the week (weak!!! that's me! ) planned and was wondering if there are any other little things which are necessities on SW!?! Any suggestions?

Yes, good idea about the cous cous. I don't like Mullerlight yogurts There's something really artificial about the taste...however, I've never tried the lemon cheesecake ones and I've heard they're pretty nice, so might give them a whirl! Are they free from syns? x
