Tuna Pasta Bake, how do you make that, sounds lush!!!

hiya, i just cook some pasta then mix in tuna,onion,sweetcorn and tin tomatoes pop in the oven then 10 mins before its finished top with cheese

its really simple the cook at work makes it for the kids its really yummy x
 
sunaday 19th september (green day)

breakfast= bannana and activia fat free yogurt

lunch= super noodles low fat thai flavor

tea= potatoes, mushy peas,carrots, yorshire pudding and gravy mint sauce

hex a = milk
hex b= ryvita

healthy snacks= 4 ryvita and cottage cheese pineapple, bannana

syns= gravy= 2.5
yorkie pud
 
Thanks for the pasta recipe, sorry I've been busy with other things and by the evening, i'm shattered and fall asleep, hope your keeping well, not been following plan due to other reasons, but am trying to keep sensible eating, hope your ok, will catch up soon:)

glad your ok i havent logged in here for a while ive not been following plan either but im back to try keeping up with this diary again.

breakfast= activia snack pot (peach)

lunch= sw wedges, beans and cheese

tea= potatoes,mushy peas, green beans,pork, yorkshire pudding and gravy

hex a= milk and cheese
hex b= pork

healthy snacks=

syns= gravy= 2.5
yorkie pudding= 3
 
monday 4th october 2010

breakfast=

lunch= beans on toast

tea= qourn sosage,mash,broccli,mushy peas, parsips,gravy and yorkie pud

hex a= milk
hex b= ww wm bread

healthy snacks= apple,banna strawberrys tped with activia snack pot

syns= yorkie pud= 3
gravy= 2.5
6 hula hoops= 4
ww hulahoops=
optionshot choc= 2
 
5th oct 2010 (green day)

breakfast= straberrys and vanilla snack pot

lunch= last nights left over qourn sosage and mash

tea= sw lasagne

hex a= milk and cheese
hex b= ww bread

healthy snacks= apple,pear

snacks= crisp sandwhich using hex b and ww hula hoops not sure how many syns these are so ging to count 5

syns= gravy 2.5
ww hula hoops 5

yesterday was a really bad day im just going to scrap it and start again today

tea= sw mushy pea curry sauce with ourn chicken pieces and asda good for you naan bread

healthy snacks= fruit saad banana

syns= ww hula hoops= 5
asda gfy naan bread= 13.5

eek cant belive how many syns the naan bread is i have gone lightly over will reduce syns 2mo

fresh week this week im determind to have a good one :D

breakfast= jam on touasdas good for you jam

lunch= mushrooms with ainsley harriots wild mushroom cous cous topped ith a laughing cow extra light cheese triangle

tea= sw quiche wedges and beans

hex a= milk and cheese for top of quiche
hex b= ww wm bread

healthy snacks= apple satsuma and 2 bananas

syns= asda gfy jam berries=
extra light cheese triangle=
mushroom cous cous=
 
well aother weeks gone by and ive stayed the same. im really surprised as ive had an awful week

breakfast= banana

lunch= beans on toast and a poached egg

tea= potatoes,carrots,green beans, mushy peas an gravy

the rest of the family are having pie but im skipping it
