hiya. My names keliegh. Im 25 and live in Nottingham. I never had an issue with weight until i had my first child who is now 6. After he was born i went on to ww and lost majourity of my weight. Two years ago i had my little girl and again after she was born i went on to sw, ive really struggled this time to shift enough weight. i really enjoy sw diet and this time im going to make it work for me. i feel like lifes passing me by and i want to start living it and to be happy.

as an incentive each week im going to put a pound for each pound i loose into a money box to buy new clothes with when i reach goal.

saturday 28th august 2010 (green day)

breakfast= 1 weetabix with milk and a cup of tea.

lunch= ainsley harriots spice sensation cous cous

tea= qourn pepperd steak, sw chips,mange tout and garlic mushrooms using philedephia light.

hex a= milk
hex b= 1 weetabix

snacks= apple,melon and strawberrys, asda strawberry yogurt

syns= philephia with garlic and herbs= 2
cous cous= 0.5
asda sb yogurt= 1.5
walkers crisps=6.5
ww caramel cake bar=4.5


drinks= 2 litre of water
3 coffies
1 tea
1 large glass of diet coke

exercise= 35 mins on my wii fit burning 227 calories

todays gone fairly well im feeling postive.

breakfast= watermelon

lunch= qourn sosage,beans,mushrooms and ww malted danish bread (toasted)

tea= potatoes,broccli,carrots,pork, and gravy

drinks= water
1 tea
2 coffie

hex a= milk
hex b= pork

healthy snacks=

syns= gravy= 2.5
ww malted danish bread=7.5 :eek:

exercise= 30 minute salsa dance workout (sky fitness channel)

Hi, Kel, What a good Idea, about saving a pound for every one you lose, might pinch that idea glad to see you and I feel you might have turned that corner and will be sooooooooooooo happy, for starters you have made your first step to your goal and joined minimins

I know on Slimming world you're not supposed to count calories but rather sins, but your food diaries seem quite low on calories. I find when i do this my weight loss slows right down or even stalls, maybe try calorie cycling and see if you get the same woosh with weight that i did, it supposidly helps trick your metabolism x
whats calorie cycling? i always worry on sw that im eating to many calories.

breakfast= asda low fat strawberry yougurt

lunch=4 ryvitas and light philephia garclic and herbs topped with ham and tomato

tea= fresh salmon,plaice medertarian veg

healthy snacks=
drinks= 1ltr of water
1 coffie
1 tea

exercise= 45 mins of legs bums and tums

hex a= milk
hex b= 4 ryvita

syns= low fat philephia 4
low fat strawberry yougurt= 1.5
ww caramel cake bar=4.5

lunch= tesco sushi. walkers sunbites, pear and a muller light

tea= sw lasagne and salad

hex a= cheese,milk
hex b= ryvitas

snacks= 4 original ryvitas and asda sweetchilli cottage cheese, water melon and a apple

syns= cottage cheese 0.5
walker light bites 6.5
sushi 3.5
options hot choc mint madnes 2.5

lunch= asda chicken style pieces stir fry with soya sauce

tea= potatoes,spring greens,pork,carrots and gravy

this week hasnt been brill ive had ups and downs. it was supposed to be a fresh start but now i feel bad because i messed it up. im not going to dwell on it, today is a new day im going to face the scales tomorow and see how much damage is done

ive put 3lb on this week. its my own fault i really need to get my head into gear. im gonna write of last week and have a good one this week. im going to try and relax a little because im putting weigh to much pressure on myself and this is resulting in me sabotaging myself

so heres to a good week.............

Hi, just popped in to say Hi, sorry to here of your gain, i managed to STS again, but I'm not complaining as not been on plan all week, must seriously get myself back on plan, Put your gain behind you and start afresh I try and treat each week as a new week its not good to worry over it, speak to you soon

Hi Kel,
Sorry I haven't been in touch! had a few problems and been laid up in bed with my hip problems, had to give up doing Betterware due to my hip, you would have thought all that walking would have been good for my hip but it was giving me more problems so will have to look for another job!
Have not been following plan due to everything going on, so now I have decided to give up Betterware, I have decided to get back on the plan, so just wanted to let you know I'm back on track and will get back to writing my diary, I think this is why I went off track because I stopped writing it down. I'm going to try and come on to minimins every night,
Hope your doing ok, catch up soon x
