Hi everyone 
Today is my 18WI and another wee 1lb is gone. Not very impressive, I know. I am 193lb now! And I am very happy with that. This is not an easy diet. After some time, when the weight loss is very slow, it is easy to lose our motivation. Then more we start feeling much more confident and better in our bodies. Sometimes, I think 'oh, I've done so well, I don't look bad, everyone says I do look okay, I could just have something yummy...'
Well, this is not going to happen!
I'm going to stay TS 100% as I've been since started. Even if it is 1lb every week, I will not give up.
I do realize, that the hard time is coming. It's getting colder and darker outside. And I know one of my weaknesses eating when feel bored. So, I'll try to keep myself busy and drink plenty of water.
