SW Friday (Day 16)-

B- Cup of tea (1 Syn) An apple and a banana
L- Ham subway salad with light mayo (HeA) and a muller
Snack- 2 x Alpen light (HeB) and a cup of tea (3 Syn)
D- Pastrami, beef with carrot and cucumber sticks and a highlight hot chocolate orange (2 Syn)
Snack- popcorn (2.5 Syn)

Total- 8.5 Syn, He A&B, 5 of five a day.

B- Bacon x 3, Scrambled egg x 2 and plum tomatoes
L- Beef slice x 2, 3 x baby bel light, carrot and cucumber sticks, pickled onions Snack- Apple, pear and 2x alpen light bars
D- Lamb stew- lamb, tomatoes, peppers, onion and passata Snack- popcorn (5 Syn) highlight chocolate orange (2 Syn)

Total- 7 Syns, He A&B, 7 of five a day

Morning peeps,

I have had a sneaky weigh this morning and am down to 10st 9.4lbs which is another lb down, only 1/2 way through the week so hoping I can get another 1lb off by Wdnesday :D

Today we are going for a carvery with our friends, I am a bit nervous about avoiding the roast potatoes but am doing so well I think I will manage it, plus the carrots are the best bit for me anyway, so the plan is to have the meat and then lots if vegetables and maybe a couple of little roast potatoes if I can't resist x

We are going to walk to and from the pub carvery instead of driving so that will be about 10,000 steps, I am hoping to convince the bf to do the walk through the fields which is six miles this morning but not sure he will want to as well as walking later.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend x
 
SW Sunday (Day 18)-

B- Pear, muller and 2x Alpen light bars (HeB)
L- Pub Carvery- Beef slice x 3 no fat, lots of carrots and green beans with a few roast parsnips and potatoes with Gravy
Snack- 1/2 flurry
D- 2 x baby bel light with lots of cucumber sticks (HeA)

Total- 21 Syn, He A&B, 6 of five a day
 
SW Monday (Day 19)-

B- Pear, Apple, Banana and 2 x Alpen light and baby bel light (2 Syn) (HeB)
L- Cottage Pie- Quorn mince, onion, broccoli, peas and gravy with swede and carrot mash
Snack- Popcorn, Rice cake and Highlight (9 Syn) D- Lamb stew- lamb, tomato, onion, peppers, passata and grated cheese (HeA)
P- Mullerlight and melon
Snack- Bacon, scrambled egg and baked beans and popcorn (2.5 syn)

Total- 13.5 Syn, He A&B, 10 of five a day

Agggghhhh i am still hungry, how is that possible?! I am all snuffly and i want a kit kat so baddddd, it would mean going over my syns though, so trying not to have one, just asked the bf and he said not to have one but then proceeded to say how tasty they are and that they melt in the mouth, he is mean lol

L- Carrot and cucumber sticks with turkey and beef slices with 3 x baby bel light (HeA)
Snack- Popcorn and a highlight (4.5 Syn)
D- Chicken, roast carrot, parsnip and onion with peas, sweetcorn and carrot
P- Muller light
Snack- Kit Kat and Highlight before bed (7.5 Syn)

Total- 14 Syn, He A&B, 8 of five a day

I have been off plan since Wednesday as my cold turned out to be a virus and I really needed some food and wasn't able to cook from scratch like usual, so it resulted in a few days of eat what was in the house.

Today has not been as bad and tomorrow should be quite good as well, ready to get back on it on Monday with the bf :)

I've not been well and had hospital tests this past week so ended up off plan too.

Was just a day patient for 3 days but the tests really took it out of me. Getting there slowly. Onwards and upwards x
 
Monday 9th Feb-

Today I have been back on plan Yey

B- 1/2 overnight oats with muller (HeB)
L- bacon no fat x 3, egg x2, plum tomatoes
D- chicken wrapped in bacon with sweet potatoes stuffed with onion and cheese (HeA) with peas, tomato ketchup (2Syn)
P- 1/2 overnight oats with muller
Snack- popcorn (2.5syn) highlight (2syn)

Total- 6.5 Syns, He A&B, 3 of five a day

Not as many of my five a day as I would have liked but will work up to that, am just pleased I am back on plan

Tuesday 10th Feb-

L- rice, chicken stock, peas, sweetcorn and egg D- chilli- mince, onion, mixed beans, passata, chopped tomatoes with cheese HeA
Snack- Aldi mini magnum and dream bar (10Syn) and a cup of tea

Total- 12 Syns, HeA, 5 of five a day

Think I am going to make some HeB biscuits now to have with my cup of tea as I have not had a HeB yet
