We ended up there for over four hours, it looks much better now :)

I think I will enjoy it once I am a couple of weeks in, just need to get through those weeks and at least my room leader is my friend so she has said not to worry :)
 
Food wise started well

B- cup of tea, coconut Greek style yoghurt and GF eat natural cereal

L- GF protein coconut bar and apple snack bag

D- 3x bacon, 2 scrambled egg, baked beans and tomato

P- bf said to eat are snacks to get rid of them so not great calorie wise after a good day food wise
 
Morning peeps,

I have been up for an hour and wondering how I will manage to eat breakfast before work when I am 8-6 as I am struggling at the thought of food now :(

I am sat having a cup of tea as I have done all my cleaning this morning, I just need to wash up and Hoover later :)

Going to walk through the park to work as it is sunny and light now the clocks have changed :)

Only working 9-12 today so hoping to go for a swim after work, fingers crossed I can do it as I keep trying and failing with exercise, also have my pedometer on again today so going to aim for 10,000 steps today.... Let's do it peeps x x

I always eat my breakfast at work, maybe you will be able to do that or on your morning break. Either that or you will get used to eating earlier, what time do you normally eat when you have the shift where you get up at 5am?
Swim sounds good wish I could go for a swim ha! Good luck for the steps you can doooo it xx
 
I seem to be stuck losing and gaining the same lb at the minute which is very annoying, hoping by eating three meals a day I will get in a better food routine :) Plan today is- B- cup of tea, Greek style coconut yoghurt 1/2syn and GF eat natural cereal (HeB) L- apple snack bag and a tomato cup a soup D- bacon, egg, baked beans and plum tomato Hoping I can stick to it and that I will start seeing losses again :)

I'm so fed up with it. I'm appalled at my weekend eating. Was really furious with myself this morning. Had enough!!!!!

I know how you feel , I havent lost too much this year but as long as I havent give up it does not matter =) You Binks are doing so well , so dont you give up now =)

About breakfast I always prefer to eat one at home, but its because if I dont I go to work and eat everything I can reach :p Im sure your job is little different =) Do what makes you feel better, time will tell what suits you better - eating before work or on your break =)

At this job you only get 45minutes lunch, no other breaks and you are not allowed food in the rooms so I will have to make myself eat before I start at 8am :(

At the minute when I work I get up at 5am, I have a banana at 6.30am on the way to work and then a bowl of cereal at about 8.30am with the boys then lunch at 12 ish, something at 4pm dinner at 7-9 depending when I finish x

So four days a week I am going to have to get used to eating at 7.30am, 1.30pm and 7.30pm with nothing in between, going to be tough me thinks :(

I am going to try and work my butt off to get a result in April :)

I only get a lunch break so have to eat something as I will struggle to work 5 and a half hours on no food x
 
When I worked in a nursery I used to keep a few snacks hidden in my work cupboard in the room... things like a cereal bar or cheese thins (hehe) as I remember only getting a lunch break but being so hungry when the children had snack etc x

I asked about taking a piece of fruit in the room but was told no food can go in, apparently we can have a bit of the children's snack but not sure how that will work out =(
 
So today has been good peeps.....

Day 1-

8.30am cup of tea and a banana

1.30pm Subway ham salad

4pm Rice cakes

5.30pm Rosemary Quorn sausage, mustard cheese mash and sunshine vegetables with gravy

Exercise - 25 minute swim
- 8,642 steps

Had a lovely day today playing in the garden with the boys then playing ker-plunk game :) went swimming and then had a sub way salad, went food shopping and got lots of reduced items for the freezer.

Cooked dinner and the bf helped wash up while I cleaned the kitchen :) had a shower and spent the evening watching Netflix.

Going to try and sleep now as I am really tired and up at 5am :( I have both boys as it is half term term so will see what the weather is like tomorrow to decide what we do.

Planning on having a cup of tea and a banana for breakfast, cous cous with chicken stock, sweetcorn and chicken for lunch and a tomato cup a soup in the evening if they are late home, I have made chilli for dinner :)

To within half an hour those are the times we eat every day - it is ok and you will get used to it. Depending on what time I get up maybe have ryvita early or later in the evening and an apple somewhere in the day. Fill up on salad and protein at lunch time to last the afternoon - plenty of it.

Thank you my lovely, I am sure I will soon get used to it, I am just freaking out a bit about everything, full time back at nurseries is going to be a big change x
 
Morning peeps,

It is so early, just sat having a cup of tea, I literally feel like I am going to fall asleep, where was that feeling all night? Two nights of only an hour or so sleep is rubbish, I am really hoping when I am working full time in a routine this will get easier as I am so tired x

Look at the panels to the right! And several glass roof tiles shattered (huge ones) so pavement closed and canteen closed !!

Oh my gosh, it is doing so much damage at yours :( no canteen means you also have to go out in it :/ all our bins are knocked over her and some rubbish thrown about but not seen any damage like that x
