The app is called health on my iPhone, the Bf put it on and it tells me steps and miles each day, I always have my phone in my pocket so don't honestly know about my handbag x I am having a lovely day and about to walk through the park with the little one hope you are having a nice day x

Thank you going to get it now, I have my phone in my pocket at work but not any other time, but I do most walking at work any way.

I seem to of fallen back into the trap of eating convenient foods that I can grab on the go, instead of planning my meals again rubbish, I really need to think about following SW again as it does make you plan better and I can batch cook again hmmm, I think I need to have a good think, as buying things on the go is costing me more at the minute and the next few weeks are going to be a struggle financially as I am changing jobs x

That's a great idea. I honestly have no idea what I am spending at the minute, I think around £250 a month which makes me want to cry lol x

Im rubbish at shopping and planning. Even though I'm still at home, I buy and cook my own food. I tend to decide what to eat on the day so spending far too much xx

B- cup of tea and three slices of GF fruit loaf

L- subway ham salad

Snack- chicken and sweetcorn

D- mango chilli chicken stir fry

Snack- trek protein bar and a cup of tea

Total - 1,397

Exercise - 14,000 steps

Today I am back to 10st 12lbs, I seem to be stuck peeps and not sure why as upped my walking and watching my calories x

I had a lie in till 9am, rang my friend for an hour, walked to work through the park and rang my sister. Had a lovely day with the boys, walked home and cleaned everywhere just had a cup of tea and a protein bar, going to head to bed soon as I am tired and up at 5am x

Guys our budget for 3 of us is £70 a week, £50 for food shopping in the supermarket and £10 each for me and Danny if we want a sarnie in the week etc.... Dunno if that might help you make up your mind xx

I plan, hardcore planning! and Maisies food probably costs a good 3rd of the budget because it's always mostly the fresh stuff, but a lot she eats the same as us too xx

We get the laundry stuff monthly, prob costs us £20 get 2 of the 16 packs of toilet roll, a big box of daz & a bottle of comfort, usually does us the month... But stuff like toilet bleach etc that usually goes in with our weekly shop, as does quite often deodorant and stuff! Maisies milk is separate coz we use her child benefit for nappies, wipes and baby milk!
Nearly every week Danny buys a new BBQ sauce 'to try' drives me nuts! We get everything that is on offer usually brands, we always shop wherever we have vouchers and usually have between £4.50-£10 off, If we do online shop we sign up in a new email to get the new customer discount lol cheeky I know!

I really need to sort out my loyalty cards this weekend, I think my boots and Tesco ones are still at our old address as I don't get the coupons and I need to signup to waitrose and NUS card I think

Me too, this week I will spend £50 on food and I am determined to follow my SW magazine that has a seven day planner to boost losses. I really need to get past 10st 12lbs!!

I looked in my SW book and that's what I was when I left group, so I haven't lost for weeks

Mine is ridiculous. I spend over 100 quid on sushi which covers about 10 meals only. Considering there's around 90 in a month that's really poor!!

My breakfast of scrambled egg whites, bacon and Starbucks from my work restaurant is £5 a day so that's another £100 a month and don't get me started on eating out and my weekend tesco food shop, all my other lunches and dinners which I always buy from M&S. Awful!!!!!

I only have my daughter at home 3/4 nights a week. ...I spend £40 on the weekly shop then another 20-30 mid week in a top up shop so that's 60/70 on shopping (including cleaning stuff and at least one magazine).

On to of that I usually take my daughter out for a meal once or twice a month, lunch out with work once a month. So that's probably another 60/70.

I only very rarely have take aways so not too worried about them!

I'm terrible as all the fruit and salads I buy are pre - packed ones!

You can have £70 a week cat, then there's a little deficit but you can still have some treats x
