I thought the bar staff said the reader was out of order. I went and drew some out of the Money Machine, so did Les I think.

That's right Jim, when I went to order food they told me I couldn't pay by card as the machine wasn't working. But that was just the bar, what about reception?

Reception one was working fine, and the carpark machine... both my payments are showing as gone through and nothing out of the ordinary so far....

The machine might have been alright, but it i usally a secondary card reader next t it or nearby that takes your details. The most common place for this type of crime to occur is either a fuel forecourt or a reading device attached to a cashpiint.

It is not beyond the realms of possibility that Reception had a supplementary cardreader or a evice was attached to the cash machine.
