birthday meal at hardrock cafe london

Hey all
Its my 2nd week on slimming world, I haven't weighed in yet as the griup was cancelled due to snow!!

I'm panicking about my 21st birthday meal tomorrow in london. I am going with my boyfriend who wants me to enjoy myself, and will not pay for me to have a salad as its pointless and I could have it anywhere, which is fair enough.
But he wants me to have what I want, problem is I will have a starter, then ribs for main and a dessert I expect, and I really am scared I will put on weight at my weigh in on thursday.

What should I do? If I don't lose weight, I will give up, I have no sticking power!! Please help, or if anyone knows any good options I could eat, as I'm not familiar with this diet yet so am unable to figure what is best to go for and use on syns etc. I am on the extra easy plan.

i must admit for a 21st birthday i would use flexible syns chick, enjoy yourself, its a big birthday. xx

It's not the meal you have once a year that made you - or me - put on the weight! It's what we continue to eat the rest of the 364days of the year!
Have fun and enjoy yourself, but limit your syns to 5 and increase exercise during the rest of the week.
