It's my totm and I went biscuit crazy and put on 2 lbs eek!!!! No side effects though

You'll soon get rid of those pesky couple of pounds hun I'm really struggling just now in trying not to eat everything in sight Kids love snow days but I'm now used to being back at work, and these longs days been snowed in are sending me nuts lol

Whenever i feel like that i have a bowl of fresh fruit salad of a small pkt of iced gems as they are within the rules (i read about the iced gems on one of the threads on here)

I blame it on the kids - if I dodn't have them I wouldn't have food like that in the house!

Am really going for it this week so hope to see the 2 lbs gone and next week and would like an extra one gone too!
