ive had really bad tumy ache 4 2days (loose Motion) really bad even wen i have a shake im running to the bathroom :cry::cry:

i carnt even go out because of this

I'd suggest some psyllium husks to bulk them up. The sweeteners in the shakes can have a bit of a bad effect on some tummies x
 
They're a kind of seed, very good for fibre and bulking. You can add them to your shakes and make porridge. Holland and Barrett do them.
 
I had exactly the same problem my first week on CD hun, it can take your body a little bit of time to get used to all the nutrients, the good news it will settle down.
