I haven't strayed from the diet BUT its my sons birthday today, I usually have Milkshake for breakfast, bar for lunch, protein veg and sachet meal...
But this morning i started out with a bar and cause ive been run off my feet I didn't do lunch.
I just had salad, chicken and chilli sachet for my evenng meal but my kids had a birthday party tea (sandwiches, lots of sweet stuff, crisps and cake
)
so I had another bar
my months supply just arrived so I had a lemon bar and it was GORGEOUS!
I suppose its not as bad as having a big piece of cake but i know your not supposed to have 2 bars a day
