Yesterday evening i totally blacked out and ate everything that came in my way. I had a really tough weekend concerning dieting. Last saterday we had a family meeting, a whole day with only food, food and food.......... I didn't touch anything but yesterday evening i couldn't stop eating at all. This morning i was out of ketosis and i feel so miserable........i really feel sick of all the calories i put in last night.
My next weigh in is 19th December so as from today i will stay on track. I never want to feel so miserable again.

Me and my good advices to others who ate.........now i did it my self and it doesn't feel good at all.

Ok, i'm back on track and hope i learned something from this.
