blank SW diet sheet please

Has anyone got a blank sliming world diet sheet I could print off please. Just re started SW been on Lipotrim for 3 weeks and done a re feed to give me a kick start , it has realy helped but I dont want to go to a class as I love coming on mimimins for help and advice I like the diet sheets as find these a hellp ))

I just use a notebook now As long as you write it down you wont go far wrong - good luck

Be careful eating again, i did lipotrim for 12 weeks, did the refeed and as soon as i started eating again i put 1 stone back on. Just expect a weight gain after doing lipotrim.
