blenders?!?!?

When you make the shakes by them selves or with ice what blender do you use? do i have to buy a special one or can i use my long hand blender?!?

Personally I prefer my MaxiMuscle shaker that I got from Holland & Barratt. I started LT using my smoothie maker (I think it's a Kenwood one but I might be wrong on that) but obviously couldn't take that to work with me plus it was a pain in the bum to take apart and clean three times a day. I bought a MaxiMuscle shaker so that I could have my shakes at work and now I use it at home too. It's soooo much easier (never mind less noisy, especially at the beginning when I had bad headaches lol).

But that's just me.

I do normally but I lowered myself to slum it with the proles

I obviously got my butler to scrub my hands with wirewool & Dettol afterwards
