Bloated, any tips?

    I've got wi tomorrow and I'm feeling really fat and bloated. Worried it will show on scales.

    Anyone got any tips for reducing the size of my tum? I look like I'm 6 months gone at the mo! Don't think all this extra veg and fruit is agreeing with me :(

    I had this problem yesterday at weigh in - put on 1.5 lbs!
    I spoke with my consultant today and she advised lots of speed foods and drinking loads of water this week to shift the water retention.

    I've had some berries and herbal tea and it seems to be doing the job!

    Yep drinks LOADS. I'm also getting weighed tomoro and feel bloated- tho i have just had my tea lol. Drink lots of water between now and WI. Hopefully that will do the trick x

    I'm another one for drinking plenty, have some with a slice of lemon warm in a couple of times a day.
