A warm bath kind of helped plus hot water bottle ( pink and fluffy 1`s work the best hee hee)

Pink and fluffy, my fav! It only started this morning so I'll have a hot bath later on if nothings' changed.

I've not taken anything for it as I seem to get it quite often and it usually passes after a day or so. I'm hoping that by me eating these mims that it will help??
