Bloated...your expert advice please!

Hello all!
I need some advice from all you lovely people. I only do green days so lots of yummy pasta & potatoes etc. Only thing is my stomach is just so bloated. Any have any ideas on what to eat that wont bloat me? i.e things that aren't so full of carbs. Any food & recipe reccomendations? Thank yoooou xx

Are you vegetarian? If you aren't then I suggest you try EE it's sorted me out!

Could you do a green day without the pasta and potatoes?

Lots of fruit, veg, boiled eggs (my lifeline!) mullerlight yoghurts? Use cheese as your HexA choices as I find it helps fill me up. Quorn mince or pieces in large amounts - anything to get you through a day without pasta/potatoes.

Try and up your fluid intake for the day too to get rid of any retained water. it might not be a great day, but if it sorts out your bloating it would be worth it, wouldn't it?

Hi Jess,

I have the same problem when I do green days. Have you tried using alternative grains instead of pasta - such as cous cous, millet or quinoa (all available from most supermarkets) or sweet potato instead of normal potato.
