hi, ive been low carbing it now for 4 days and im feeling quite bloated....well not so much feeling it, as looking it. my belly is sooo swollen.

last time i done this, my belly was the first to see the results, and i felt so slim, but this time round im so so so bloated.

any ideas on what to do??

ps. im drinking lots of fluid to help "flush" me but its not helping, just making me pee
