Blood donation syn

I have just given blood and was feeling a bit woozy afterwards, so had to sucumb to a taxi bar and a special K bar. :sigh: Any ideas on the syns?
These syns are weighing me down ( I was saving up for the weekend) but its a fine view from the moral high ground. lol
Found the special K bar - 4 1/2 syns on both red and green - Thanks zenabob

lol - thanks Taz. I would love to believe that but I'm not sure the scales will agree.

special k bar is 4.5 syns on either day and the taxi is 6 syns on either day
