long time no update! i'm now 2st 11lb down (as of last week's weigh in). here's what i have been eating this week:

today:
B - ham and cheese toastie (hexA, B)
L - tuna pasta with butternut squash spaghetti instead of pasta (1/2 syn for oil)
Snack - fish sticks (free)
D - Chicken in white sauce (400g can, sainsburys - 14.5 syns) with rice (free)
Snack - 2 kiwis (free)

about 4 cups of tea during day, and a sip of a gin and tonic (allow 3 syns for that)

yesterday:
B - toast with mushrooms fried in philadelphia light (1/2 hex a, hex b, 1/2 syn for oil)
L - tuna pasta (free)
D - tuna pasta with butternut squash spaghetti instead of pasta and 40g reduced fat cheese (1/2 syn for oil, other 1/2 hex a, 3 syns)
2 glasses prosecco - 10 syns
1 options hot chocolate - 2 syns
snack of strawberries (free)

day before:
2 options hot chocolate mint - 3 syns (1.5 each)
B - 30g granola with greek yoghurt and strawberries (hexb)
L - tesco sushi tasters, hoisin duck and smoked salmon - 3 (1.5 each)
D - tuna pasta (free)

Hifi bar- 3 syns
3 egg omelette with ham and cheese (hex a)
Options hot chocolate- 1.5 syns
Arla protein pot- 1 syn
Fibre one bar - 4 syns
Peach
Chilli with baked sweet potato (free)

Ending on 12.25 syns :)
