You may have had a bad week this week up to now, that doesn't mean that the week has to turn into a case of suicide diet watch. I had a bad week a couple of weeks ago, where the biscuit barrel called my name everytime I walked past. So just like the films where there is always an antidote to the deadly snake or the garlic and wooden stake for the devil.I made my own and put a great big sign up with all the syn values of the biscuits that lurked in the barrel. Just the mere sight of that sign put me off craving biscuits and last week I lost 2 1/2lb. There are ways and means of getting through bad weeks we all just have to find them no matter how weird and wonderful they may be.

Cheer up, the week starting tomorow will be far better for you.

Tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning,there is no shame in a gain and failure doesn't occur until you stop trying.

*hugs* .. i can only echo what lynee said, and you can just be careful up untill WI, and then start afresh.. get back on the wagon.. and ont feelguilty, nothing worse than eating nice food just to feel crappy about it! lol xxxxxxxx

a great post there lynne, would make anyone feel better about things, i'm having a not so good week so going to put it down to a hic up and get back on track asap. x

thanks so much for asking how got on lynne, i decided not to go was so fed up then just before time to go changed my mind, glad i did !!! lost 1 and half pnd was slimmer of the week and got my club ten !!!! thankyou so much xxxxxx

I am so glad that you went to your WI, and that you had a great weightloss and were s.o.t.w. aand got to your Club 10. You must have done better during the week than you felt you did.
