Blueberries

Never eaten these before but brought myself a tub, has anyone got any tips on what to do with them apart from putting them with muller light or eating them straight from the tub :-/

Thats about it really. I find they can be an aqquired taste and range form slightly *flabby* tasting to quite tart. Very nice though. I did stir them through porridge very nice.

They can be a little boring, bluberry, spinich smoothies are awesome but i know its all syned then but still om nom nom.

aye and mix it with afat free greek yog the smoothie and its wonderful is great for before/after workouts or breakie

I have them with chopped strawberries & a weightwatchers desert yoghurt - all = no syns

in a sweet omlette.... basically an omelette mixture with sweetener... beat the eggs whites and fold in... then it goes kinda like a souffle....my consultant makes these all the time.... I have not tried this though... not got a sweet tooth

I really like them with fresh pineapple - something about the tart fresh sweet of the pineapple just peps them up no end and they look very pretty together, too!

Mm I love them in the summer but they're WAY out of season now so inevitably taste bland at this time of year. Not worth buying them again until they're back in season, nothing worse than force grown tasteless fruit & veg

I have them in my fruit salad and buy loads when on offer and freeze them for out of season occassions.
