Hi everyone ive just made blueberry & strawberry pots with a cherry and raspberry crunch for my taster night and they are lush.
It made 6 small puddings at 2 1/2 syns each
Ingredents...
56g blueberrys
56g kelloggs natures own muslli cherry and raspberry or what ever muslli you have in(12 syns)
a good handfull of strawberrys sliced up
250g low fat fromage frais
4 tbs sweetner
2 teaspoons gelatine crystals
1, place blueberrys in pan over med heat with about 6 tablespoons water and heat untill they burst and you end up with a blueberry syrup. leave to cool.
2, add the fromage frais, sweetner and the sliced strawberrys and give it a good mix
3, disolve the gelatine crystals in 4 tbs of hot water and leave to cool, when cool mix into the fruit mix.
4, divide mix into 6 ramkins and place in fridge for about 1 hour.
5, take out of the fridge and sprinkle with the muslli. these can be eaten straight away or they are fine for a couple of hours in the fridge. if they are going to be left in fridge longer then dont put musslli on till last min.
