Blue's Week 3 weigh in

I have lost 4 lbs and I am over the moon. I had been hoping for a 4lb loss all week because that means I've lost a stone and a half in just 3 weeks
I'm very happy today!

I'm expecting a low loss this week though, anytime I do a diet I get a low loss in week 3 or 4, happens every time.
