Gone a bit quiet
Interestingly, I get a higher BMI from Ticker Factory than when I use the NHS calculation. Has anyone an explanation?
For me this is sort of important because of what DD says about fat cells splitting into two daughter cells, which his research suggests starts to happen at around BMI 28 or so. On NHs calc I was just over 28 when I started, but on this site I was at 30.
The NHS calc is your weight in kilos divided by your height in metres squared.
