Bmr

Your bmr is how many cals you need to maintain your weight, so when you work out your bmr you times it by your activity level, then you get the amount of cals you need to maintain your weight, you deduct 500 from that each day to lose on average 1lb a week and 1000 for 2lb but you should never go below 1200. If you join my fitness pal it works everything out for you. Your bmr seems really low but I'm not an expert, I just work it out via the website :) x
